What data do we process through this website?
Very little. This website has no contact form, no accounts, no newsletter and no analytics or advertising. We do not collect any data about you ourselves.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. As with any website, the server receives technical data when you open a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. Cloudflare uses this data to keep the website fast and secure (for example against attacks) and keeps it only for a limited time ([RETENTION PERIOD CLOUDFLARE LOGS]). Cloudflare acts as our processor.
Legal basis: it is necessary to provide the website securely (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare is a US company and may process data outside the EU. This happens with the legal safeguards in place (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies: no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. That is why you don't see a cookie banner.
Links to other websites
Our site contains links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. They are not embedded in our website; only when you click a link do you go to that service. From then on, the privacy policy of Meta (Instagram, Facebook) or Google applies.
Contact by phone, e-mail or social media
If you contact us, we only use your details to answer your question and arrange your appointment. We do not sell them or share them for advertising.
Legal basis: it is necessary to arrange your appointment, before there is a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep your details [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. until your appointment is completed + X months].
Messages via Instagram or e-mail pass through the services of Meta (Instagram) and Microsoft (Hotmail). These companies may also process data outside the EU, with the same legal safeguards.
Data for your tattoo or piercing
For a tattoo or piercing you fill in a consent form in the studio. It includes [WHICH DATA: e.g. name, date of birth, contact details, questions about your health].
Data about your health is extra sensitive. We only ask for it to judge whether we can tattoo or pierce you safely.
